During the 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic, Cubic Systems Manufactured and Supplied Ventilator and Respirator Components
Covid-19 has been has been very difficult on the world as a whole, which gave rise to a sudden requirement of Tens of Thousands of ventilators. In the midst of the pandemic, our team rose to the occassion and by taking all necessary precautions for all employee's health and safety, manufactured ventilators, respirators and many Medical Equipment related Components, Cable assemblies, Wire harnesses for Skanray technologies, Bharat Electronics Limited.
Stringent Quality Control
We have a well-equipped testing laboratory where the products and their raw materials are subjected to rigorous quality control tests.
The Internal Quality Audits are performed periodically by qualified staff to ensure that the raw materials we use in the products are checked, so that formulations of the final product are sampled.
To ensure consistency in the various assembly processes, advanced Statistical Process Controls are utilized to monitor the assemblies of components.
All the testing methods are conducted in concurrence with international standards.
Trained quality personnel to assure an "in control" manufacturing process continuously monitoring the quality of the finished product. The final proof of the success of these efforts is the finished product itself.
To ensure quality, finished parts are visually inspected for conformance with design criteria.
Additional testing is available based on customer's needs.
